Overview

When booking with us at Beau’s bus charters. Clients must agree with these terms and conditions for which we provide our service to you. 

Thank you for understanding these. 

General refund policy for Beau’s bus charters

Cancellation Policy – Full refund (minus 100% of deposit) available up to 7 days before the booked tour date/day.

50% refundable if client cancels, is available latest 3 days before the tour date/day.

No refund within 48 hours of your booking (job times start 9.30am).

Deposit 100% non refundable will be kept if client cancels tour from all deposit payments.

Extra Info

1. Beau’s bus charters have the right to cancel any transport due to extreme weather warnings. Refunds will be issued or dates moved to suit with discussion.

2. No alcohol consumption onboard vehicle’s.

3. We reserve the right to end the transportation at any time if groups are over intoxicated, causing damage or aggressive against our staff.

Cleaning/Damage Fees

4. If any of our vehicles/property or charter’s are left in an excessively dirty state or there is any illness on board. The organiser or organisation will be charged a cleaning fee.

A minimum charge of $220 for deep cleaning. Any damage caused by guests will also be charged as per quote to fix.
