Overview

By confirming a booking with Beau’s Bus Charters, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions under which our services are provided.

Thank you for understanding these. 

General refund policy for Beau’s bus charters

7+ Days Before Charter: A full refund of the balance is available for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled tour date. Note: All deposits are 100% non-refundable and will be retained.

3 to 7 Days Before Charter: Cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours (3 days) before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining balance.

Within 48 Hours: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time.

Charter Start Time: For the purposes of this policy, all charter start times are scheduled for 9:30 am.

Note on Deposits: All $300 deposits are strictly non-refundable. If a client cancels a tour at any time, the deposit portion of the payment is forfeited.

Extra Info

1. Beau’s bus charters have the right to cancel any transport due to extreme weather warnings. Refunds will be issued or dates moved to suit with discussion.

2. No alcohol consumption onboard vehicle’s.

3. We reserve the right to end the transportation at any time if groups are over intoxicated, causing damage or aggressive against our staff.

Departure & Waiting Time Policy

.To ensure our transport operations run on schedule for all clients, the following policy applies to all charter departure times:

15-Minute Grace Period: We provide a complimentary 15-minute grace period beyond your scheduled departure time.

Overtime Charges: If the group is not ready to depart after the initial 15 minutes, an additional charge of $20 per 5-minute block will be incurred.

Maximum Wait Time: Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time. After 30 minutes, the vehicle may be required to depart to fulfill other scheduled commitments, and no refund will be issued for the missed service.

Cleaning/Damage Fees

4. If any of our vehicles/property or charter’s are left in an excessively dirty state or there is any illness on board. The organiser or organisation will be charged a cleaning fee.

A minimum charge of $300 for deep cleaning. Any damage caused by guests will also be charged as per quote to fix.
